2008 Beaujolais Nouveau Celebrates D.C., MD and VA Professionals in the French Tradition

Join the French International Culinary Society and the French-American Chamber of Commerce for a gourmet networking affair. Connect with other professionals from the Nation’s Capital area and be treated to a gastronomic excursion prepared by rising star chefs of Washington’s restaurant scene while sipping the 2008 Beaujolais Nouveau wine harvest, as well as several other international wines and trendy cocktails made with ultra premium French vodka. Enjoy a Saint-Germain-des-Prés style celebration with live Jazz music and traditional bistro offerings that will include cassoulet, onion & bacon tarts, seared salmon & braised cabbage, veal stew, taboule provencal, fennel confit, potato gratin, endive & walnut salad, mini pastries & petit fours, and a perfect cup of espresso coffee.
